Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything you order from Softs Surrounding. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges.

Our Policy

  • You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Start Your Return/Exchange Online
  • Visit our Return Center to initiate your request.
  • Follow the instructions to print your prepaid return label.
  1. Pack Your Items
  • Securely pack the items in their original packaging.
  • Include the original invoice or packing slip.
  1. Ship Your Return
  • Attach the prepaid label and drop off at any authorized shipping location.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Additional Notes

  • Returns may take up to 14 days to process after delivery.
  • For international returns, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
