Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love everything you order from Softs Surrounding. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges.
Our Policy
- You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return or Exchange
- Start Your Return/Exchange Online
- Visit our Return Center to initiate your request.
- Follow the instructions to print your prepaid return label.
- Pack Your Items
- Securely pack the items in their original packaging.
- Include the original invoice or packing slip.
- Ship Your Return
- Attach the prepaid label and drop off at any authorized shipping location.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Additional Notes
- Returns may take up to 14 days to process after delivery.
- For international returns, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
